Mr. Adhikari is a finance and administration professional with more than 10 years of experience managing finances, grants, and operations for projects funded by international development partners. He has expertise in financial planning and budgeting, fund management, financial reporting, donor compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination, with sound knowledge of IFRS/NFRS, GAAP/IAS, and Government of Nepal taxation regulations, including VAT and TDS.

In addition to financial management, he has extensive experience in administration, logistics, and stakeholder coordination, supporting the efficient delivery of research and development programmes. He is proficient in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications and is recognized for his analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to strong financial governance and operational excellence.
