He was Nutrition Officer in NTAG (Nepali Technical Assistance Group) during Emergency and Recovery Phase lead by CHD and Co-lead by UNICEF from 3rd June 2015 to 31st March 2017. before joining to HERD.

Mr. Bishnu Bhatta, has Eight years of experience in the field of health research and WaSH sector. Designing project with budgeting, Report writing, assist on proposal writing, planning and monitoring, Social Auditing, developing tools for monitoring and evaluation of personal as well as organization, writing case stories are the major expertise of him. He has great working experience in health sector. Before joining the HERD, he worked as Research Associate in NDRI (National Development of Research Institute), Research Team Co-Leader in NIDR (National institute of Development and Research), Research officer in SPMER (School of Planning, Monitoring, evaluation and Research), Program Coordinator in Shanti Nepal.

SPMER is the renowned organization for any research. The major goal of this organization is doing research on biological and behavior change in whole Nepal.

4. Shanti Nepal (SN), Dhading:
SN is an organization established for a wholistic transformation of the community. The major thematic area for the organization are as Health, Sanitation, Livelihood and Disaster Response. It is also known as the first organization in Dhading who started sanitation campaign. Lalitpur, Dhading, Makwanpur and Chitwan are the major working areas of this organization.
